It may come as no shock in these times, that the inevitable has happened and our event along with many others has had to be postponed

I can't stress and thank enough the support from the bands, the DJ, the sound engineers, Shorefield management and finally YOU ALL for being so understanding and working with us

As in the headline, the Fred Elliott Weekender has smoothly been rearranged for a year later to the same weekend. Like our Long Good Friday events, this weekend will be a staple for years to come and an event that will grow and grow! 

Accommodation - All fully paid accommodation will be carried forward to next year.

All those who have paid deposits, they will remain valid for next year, and your final balance will not need settling until 1st December 2021

Event tickets - All tickets purchased will be valid for next year's event.

We have sold two lots of tickets in the past two days since Shorefield started contacting you from friends of guests who couldn't make this year, but are signed up for 2022!

Obviously we understand that the new dates are not feesable for some of you, and that is understandable

So I know exactly where we are, our online ticket merchant who you booked through, is sending me the spreadsheet tomorrow with each 'purchaser' their amount paid and contact details

I will contact you one by one over the course of the subsequent few days after to establish if you wish for a refund, or to carry your ticket to next year. This way, no one gets 'forgot' or a request is left in an inbox I will then get these processed within a week all in one hit. Your monies for the tickets are all secure as you paid through PayPal.

Accommodation I believe Shorefield /Hoseasons have already been in contact, they are your point of call for anything to do with that, but he feedback is they have bent over backwards to assist in whatever your decision. I will say, as many of you know myself or Fred personally, is that the majority are carrying over, ready for the S Club Party Of all S Club Parties in 2022 and we look forward to shaking extra hands with you all that have grown with the side effects of the immunisation vaccinations.
